Just a little note to say a very big thank you to Graham For his sterling work over the last 4 years. Without him the PATTEAM team would not be what it is today, and i feel i have a very big job to do in filling his shoes and again thanks Graham for a job well done, we all wish you well for the future Trevor and The Team. We are a group of clients' and ex clients' who have been through the homeless projects of Two Saints Housing Association. The Project Assessment Team are a number of clients and ex clients trained to carry out quality assurance checks on the support, provision and quality of service given in all Two Saints projects. We visit ALL Two Saints projects annually to ensure the services provided are of a certain standard, We then compile a report (which is verified by an independent outside agency) with recommendations within it, we will re-visit the project in 3 months to check the recommendations have been met, those that pass are awarded a P.A.T. certificate. If a project fails to gain the points for a pass, we will sit down with staff, the service Manager and residents to work on the recommendations together, and work on a solution that is satisfactory to all Below are the links to the first ever Homeless Commissioners Report, in association with Groundswell Uk, SPEAKS, R.I.S. and funded by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
